THR umumnya diberikan kepada karyawan yang telah bekerja selama 1 tahun atau lebih di perusahaan. Namun, bagaimana dengan karyawan yang baru bekerja selama 3 bulan? Apakah mereka berhak menerima THR?<\/p>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:17\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Peraturan_THR\"><\/span><strong>Peraturan THR<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:173\">Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Tunjangan Hari Raya Keagamaan bagi Pekerja\/Buruh di Perusahaan, disebutkan bahwa:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"9:1-12:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:89\"><strong>Karyawan yang telah bekerja selama 1 bulan berhak menerima THR secara proporsional.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:126\">Perhitungan THR proporsional dihitung berdasarkan masa kerja karyawan dibagi dengan 12 bulan, dikalikan dengan gaji sebulan.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-12:0\">Gaji sebulan yang dimaksud adalah gaji pokok dan tunjangan tetap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:39\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Contoh_Perhitungan_THR_Proporsional\"><\/span><strong>Contoh Perhitungan THR Proporsional<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:178\">Misalkan seorang karyawan baru bekerja selama 3 bulan di perusahaan dengan gaji pokok Rp 5.000.000 dan tunjangan tetap Rp 1.000.000. Maka, perhitungan THR proporsionalnya adalah:<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block ng-star-inserted\">\n<div class=\"code-block-internal-container\">\n<pre><code class=\"code-container no-decoration-radius\" role=\"text\" data-test-id=\"code-content\">(3 bulan \/ 12 bulan) x (Rp 5.000.000 + Rp 1.000.000) = Rp 1.250.000\r\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:24\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kewajiban_Perusahaan\"><\/span><strong>Kewajiban Perusahaan<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:221\">Pemberian THR merupakan kewajiban perusahaan yang wajib dipenuhi paling lambat 7 hari sebelum Hari Raya. Perusahaan yang tidak memberikan THR kepada karyawannya dapat dikenakan sanksi sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:14\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kesimpulan\"><\/span><strong>Kesimpulan<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:206\">Karyawan yang baru bekerja selama 3 bulan <strong>berhak<\/strong> menerima THR secara proporsional.
